Hi there. My name is Gabriela (Although on the track, most people call me Gabby) I am a triple jumper at Brown University competing in my final year of eligibility. I am concentrating in Visual Arts where my focus lies in Graphic Design and multimedia production. Off the track, I am a chief advisor for A Better World by Design - an internationally acclaimed design conference that creates connections that will make the world a better place. I enjoy star-gazing, surfing and local food.
And I'm Jordan, a pre-med student at Brown University, concentrating in Global Development Studies. I am a sub-Saharan Africa enthusiast, having studied abroad in Kenya in Fall of 2009. I returned in 2010 to take part in a malaria study in the coastal city of Mombasa. My passions are running (of course), acoustic guitar, reading, and disco-dancing.
In a little over two weeks, we will be traveling half way across the world. I hope you find interest in our project!
