After weeks of filming in the countryside, we´ve finished capturing footage. This morning, we returned to the office of ANAPO to get one final interview with the agricultural engineer who helped get our project running. In his interview, he provided important information about the history of soybeans in Santa Cruz that we didn't hear as much about from the farmers. After talking with him, we said goodbye to the those at ANAPO who had introduced us to farmers.
We will miss meeting people and recording their stories, but look forward to traveling a bit as our trip comes to a close. While we have finished filming in Santa Cruz, we will enter the post-production editing process when we return to Mother Providence.
Thanks for following our journey! Please continue to post comments and questions, and we will continue to write updates as the project develops in the coming semester.
