There are a number of ways to approach with the leadership concept. One is related to the ability of being admired by the collectivity, inspiring models and patterns throughout attitudes. Normally, leadership is an abstract idea that needs to be put in practice and in actions. Usually it is confused with being the head of a group, but the concept is slightly different. It means that leadership is a broaden definition that involves much more other skills.
We also want to share the definition, or at least an approach that Dean Robin Rose (From the leadership institute faculty of Brown University) gave us during our studies in the Watson Institute for International Studies at Brown University.
